Cesar Wholesome Bowls Broth Variety Pack Wet Dog Food, 3 oz Bowls, 6 Pack

I have an older dog, 42 lbs, who is a very picky eater, 17 years old. I was buying a Lot of chicken and real food to get her to eat. I stumbled on this in Walmart and it looked very high quality. My dog loves it! Finally something she will really eat. I use it as a topper for her regular food and she eats a whole lot better. I totally recommend this. It is a little pricey but she loves it

Well...to say this food is GREAT would probably be still an understatement. I have a 14 yr old Shih Tuz that has MADE ME CRAZY for probably the last 10 yrs trying to get him to eat. And I've done alot of things like switching food around, cooking for the dog, begging him to eat, hand feeding, you name it I've done it...well about 6 mos ago I thought try this food and OMG...HE EATS WITHOUT ANY COMPLICATIONS OR BULL...and I am so very grateful for what ever, how ever they are making it...ME NOW DOING THE HAPPY DANCE...suggestion buy small container and try it before you purchase the package...

Although a little pricey, I won't feed my dog anything else. This food smells like freshly cooked chicken. You can actually see the veggies in it. It is always moist and juicy. My dog devours this food.

Our dog loves this dog food--he is very eager to eat and never leaves a drop. Of course, this is just a "topper" as it is somewhat expensive for a bigger dog. Worth it for him to be content and happy with his supper!

My dog loves this food and it was packed great and delivery was on my only complaint was they put it at the wrong house and I had to go looking for it our address is right in the front yard

My Maltese loves them and I mix half portion with dry dog food. So she eats the made for Maltese dry food and I refrigerate the other half for her next meal.

I feel this Cesar chicken wholesome bowl food process makes my dog extremely thirsty. also, I would like to have slightly better pricing on this for having no other food product in this 6 pack of chicken only bowls

My dog loves these. They are on the healthier side for a processed dog food. Real vegetables, lots of broth, and chicken. I just have two issues. For one the bowls are not full. Secondly, I'm not sure the price is justified. I am willing to pay more to get quality ingredients for my dog but for this price point there are healthier options. I gave it four stars because they are convenient and they do last longer than the foods that require refrigeration.

I recommend it with qualifications. There is no grain in the wholesome bowls product line. Vets where my dogs are cared for regularly and online research has persuaded me that grain free is not the way to go. There is a correlation between dogs fed grain free only and heart issues. So I add rice to these mixtures. But even given plain, which I tried, even though I knew it would not be giving it routinely, my picky eater doesn't like it. I have a "gulper" and a "gourmet" The gulper loved it, but I have never known his chubby little self to not like anything I have tried. The gourmet will sniff this, and if she eats it at all, it is only a few bites. Ingredients listed are soy and dried beet pulp, also xanthan gum which have drawbacks according to some research for skin allergies, digestion. But all that aside. It looks wonderful and smells delicious, especially if warmed just a few seconds in the microwave. I worry about microplastics leeching into the food from the plastic container so I put it on a plate before warming. It is pricey, but I do feel by the look and presentation on opening the serving, it is of great quality. I see lots of uniformity in the many servings I have dolled out to the gulper over the years, so that tells me the quality assurance must be rigorous. I study recalls too, and do not remember seeing anything for cesars. When I have called, they have been knowledgeable and polite.

Please let me explain, my order was late by 3 or 4 hours, and I was notified by text or email, but it was after nine at night and I was asleep for work the next morning and items froze and are no good. I have been shopping here for about twenty years at the store, but I have really lost a lot of respect for the managers in charge.
