Love this cream! It has a nice consistency and it has no strong scent. I have oily acne prone skin and it didn't break me out or cause me to get oilier. I think it's helping me repair my skin barrier. There's no residue but it leaves you looking glowy
I've been using the Cetaphil Deep Hydration Healthy Glow Daily Cream, and it's amazing for keeping my skin soft and plump. It gives long lasting moisture without feeling heavy or greasy. My skin looks smoother, feels hydrated all day, and has that healthy glow it promises. Perfect for dry or sensitive skin definitely a skincare essential.
I have been using Cetaphil Gental Cleanser, SP15 Daily moisturizer for yrs. And now have added the Deep Hydration Healthy Glow, it is well worth the money compared to other products. My dermatologist recommended yrs. ago and my teenage daughter is now reaping the same benefits, hydrated healthy facial skin, with acne control a benefit for her. Wonderful simple Cetaphil products compared to time consuming regiments with higher costs.
Love this stuff! It is so hydrating and thick - perfect for a night time moisturizer over Tazarotene. I wake up with a nice glow when I use this! I recommend to anyone needing a thicker moisturizer to lock all their skincare in! Also it doesn't irritate my skin which is a huge win in itself. Safe for acne and sensitive skin! It may be a little too thick for morning time with my combo skin - but could be good for dry skin.
The product itself isn't bad and more moisturising than most I have used. However, I still feel like it could be more hydrating. I also found it very misleading how half the container is filled in on the inside making it look like you are getting more product than you actually are not to mention a waste of plastic. Overall ok product but the packaging was a real deal breaker for me
I suspect this product needs to be used with the serum as well for maximum effect because it's unclear how much hyaluronic acid is in it. Good general moisturiser but I'm going to compare similar competitor offerings before buying again. Certainly great with sensitive skin and it's light. Packaging is a pain for travel as it is deceptively large for the quantity of mosturiser.
I had high hopes for the Cetaphil Healthy Glow Daily Cream, especially since it promises deep hydration, a healthy glow, and is marketed as suitable for sensitive skin. On paper, it sounds perfect—packed with HydroSensitiv™ Complex, Hyaluronic Acid, Niacinamide, Vitamin B5, and Vitamin E, all in a lightweight, non-greasy formula that's meant to soothe irritation and strengthen the skin barrier. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While the cream does have a lovely smooth texture and applies beautifully, my skin reacted badly—it began to burn and turned red shortly after application. As someone with sensitive skin, this was a deal-breaker, especially since it's advertised to defend against irritation, dryness, and roughness. I will say that the cream feels pleasant going on, and I can imagine it working for someone with less reactive skin. However, for me, it simply wasn't gentle enough. Sensitive-skin users may want to patch test before committing to a full face application. I had hoped for better results, but sadly, it's not one I'll be repurchasing.
Tried it (twice) and it gave me a massive allergic reaction. My whole face shot up red, eyes looked like a raccoon, and it physically hurt. I washed it off right away and the stinging persisted. I have used a ton of lotions, this is the only one that has ever done this to me. Just wanted a really neutral, clean, safe moisturizer and this was not it
Product has an terrible smell about it. If I had to describe it I would say it smells like wet dust. Not pleasant at all.
I use it every night after I wash my face, my skin felt like burning and it became super red. I continued for a few days to give it a try and it still burns and it left me with small white acne all over my face :( my skin isn't prone to acne. Super disappointed.
