I bought two Both red
Super phone Tone is good mounting was easy Did need a wall plate though. Have to get a wall plate for the second phone Color is great [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

So cute to have a red phone
Wired a land line into the garage for emergency. It will work in case of a power outage!

It's okay. The color matches our vacation home. The phone is just for emergencies. It probably wouldn't hold up to a lot of wear and tear. It's light weight, plastic. You get what you pay for with this one.

You will need to get the wall mounting phone jack installed.
I like this wall phone and look forward to using it. If you do not have a wall mounting plate on your phone jack you will need to purchase one and have it installed by someone who knows how; possibly an electrician or a phone company technician. I looked at the thing. The task looks complicated. Not at all like rewiring a lamp or changing the plate on a switch or wall outlet. The phone is not heavy duty but that is okay with me. I plan to get a 25ft cord for the handset. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
