I enjoy the taste of the ceylon cinnamon sticks. Less toxic and said to be real cinnamon. Easy to prepare for tea. I have seen them priced a little cheaper after I made purchase.
This is my go to cinnamon stick. They have a delicate cinnamon taste, are organic and low in coumarin. I always have some in reserve
steeping it in tea gave it a great flavor
