C&H Pure Cane Ultrafine Granulated Baker's Sugar 3.5 lb Tub

Using superfine sugar in my vanilla cupcakes takes them over the top. Also great for icings.

I love this sugar, its super fine which makes it desolve and mix much better than regular sugar, it is a bit more expensive but its worth it to have a very fine sugar that makes everything you use it in better and it takes less sugar than normal because regular sugar doesn't completely mix like i use to believe it did until i tried this one.

I chose the wrong one for what I use it for but it's a great product as well as the container seems to be of good quality. It definitely would be of use for cooking if you do a lot of baking as well candy making.

i'm glad walmart carries this product for a couple of reasons: 1. it's hard to find in "regular" food stores and 2. because it's walmart the price is very reasonable.

I've been using this sugar for several years now for a little business that I have. I specifically need bakers sugar. They were previously in cartons like milk cartons. After a while it got harder to break the sugar up because it was clumped up. they switched to this new packaging fairly recently and it's actually worse. Before I use the sugar, I have to break it all up using a sifter. Then I have put it all back into the container and label it as sifted. It makes a mess on the counter and it slows the process down . It's just a pain because it's always clumped up as if moisture got to it. but the sugar is good once I get it to the correct consistency. But if I don't use it for a while, it starts to clump up again.

Used to be in the sugar business. Seems the place of storage has an problem with dry food goods - perhaps warehouse doors left open too long? Too many people have reviewed this product with same issue - large clumps, brick form, etc. I know better and usually read reviews before purchase, so shame on me. If I were Walmart, I'd request that storage facility (Arizona?) fix this problem with moist air circulating within their space. Walmart - pay attention to your customers who take the time to review what you have available to purchase online! Shame on you.

The product is supposed to be fine sugar for baking. The sugar I received is a bunch of thick cubes and chunks like moisture got in despite the seal being in tact.

Sugar is in big lumps. It is supposed to be superfine for baking. This cannot be measured or used for baking.

The sugar is like a block of cement can't use for baking the way this is now

Not happy with seller who sent this to me. What a waste of money. I am not sure what year this sugar was from, but it was really lumpy and old. Not fresh and will not purchase from this seller again. I have bought this product many times in the past, from other stores, and it has never been in this condition. Very disappointed! :(
