This food warmer is very nice and elegant, and it keeps food warm well. The only issue is that the center of the lid on the reverse side is very sharp, so be careful when cleaning or handling it. Because of that, I give it four stars. Overall, it’s a good product and worth buying.

Beautiful and serves its purpose

They are the right size. The order came before Thanksgiving. I was able to keep the food warm for the family who came over later

The assembly was tedious but worth it. It was definitely a show stopper for Christmas dinner. The chafers came with a ton of extra screws just incase you misplace some. I would recommend buying them again.

This item is quite nice overall, some assembly required but is rather easy. Just a few design flaws to consider (outlined in the cons below). Overall Thoughts Yes, I would recommend it! I would have given it 5 stars if not for the minor issues. Pros: ✔ Well-Made Material – The construction feels solid, and I don’t foresee any durability issues. ✔ Extra Screws Included – If you lose some, they’ve got you covered! ✔ Great Lids – Sturdy, clear glass makes it easy to see the food inside, and the handles attach securely. ✔ Efficient Storage – Most loose parts (heating pots, lid handles, and lid holders) can be stored in the pans. If you remove the lid handles, the pans can be covered and stacked for space-saving storage. ✔ Assemly is easy, instructions are very well laid out. Cons: ✘ Lid Handles Feel Flimsy – Compared to the rest of the unit, the handles feel a bit weak, but once assembled, they serve their purpose. Design Flaws to Consider: 🔹 Stand Storage – While the pans nest for compact storage, the stands do not. It would have been great if they nested as well. Be prepared to plan for extra storage space. 🔹 Countertop Protection – The stands lack rubber or felt feet, which may leave marks if placed directly on countertops. Despite these minor drawbacks, this is a well-made and functional product that I would still recommend!

Unable to screw handle on the top the screw hole is warped..its way smaller than the actual screw.. Only able to use 3 of the for presentation wise..Otherwise this is perfect

The chafer dishes cost too much for this. As soon as we lit the burners and the chafer started heating up the handles started popping like the were attached with glue. Unacceptable. Unable to screen it in you need to re-glue them and I guess wait for a round two in front of your guest. Unacceptable.

The overall Chaffing pans look good but I was disappointed by the fact that one the pans (handle came damaged, it seems to be a manufacturer's fault based on the design). It's still ok to use but not safe to carry while packed with food as the handle is damaged.

There are lot of small screws. As I was putting it together, the screws in the second step did not secure the stand side but I continue to screw in the other sides. Hopeful it would magically secure once completed, it didn’t. I will be returning this item.

Do not buy . This is a nice looking chafing dish, but does not work as it should. It’s actually defective with you not being able to put almost little or no water in it to heat up the bottom of the pan also starts to warp when used.
