Absolutely beautiful! My Christmas Dinner was such a success. I didn't think I would like the two different tones, but it looks quite elegant. Easy to assemble, and clean.
Looks to be a great quality set.it looks really nice .they hold a lot of differerent food,cold or hot.it gives your food a great presentation as well.
The only thing I dislike was the fact that there were two screws missing for the chafers the the burners sit on other than that the dishes were perfect.
The chafing set arrived in not so perfect condition. Some pieces were warped and the finish was missing in some spots. It was also difficult to remove the plastic coating on the assembled stands where they meet another metal piece. The lids and pans were also difficult to separate. However, the gold finish is beautiful.
I received this product missing all four food pans, and to make matters worse, every single water pan included was bent and damaged. How am I supposed to assemble it properly with missing parts and bent pans? The seller really needs to improve packaging and quality control to prevent this kind of damage. Regardless of the sale price, it's still the seller's responsibility to ensure customers receive the complete product in good condition. This experience makes absolutely no sense and is unacceptable.
The time it takes to take the plastic wrap off is crazy. To get it perfect it takes about an hour to get all the tape off. Would not recommend if you are short on time. Also, all 4 came damaged but I had to keep them because I did t have time to reorder
This chafing dish buffet set of 4 is absolutely terrible. The plastic was put on each part before the manufacturer assembled the chafers, making taking it off a complete nightmare. The metal is burned, dented, and looks like it's been used before. Every single piece has visible damage and poor craftsmanship. Total waste of money — do not buy!
they cheap the screws didn't stay tight. The handles were loose. I don't i don't recommend these for purchase.
Terrible product. Metal was thin and sharp. I cut myself trying to assemble this. Not to mention that it was all dented, possibly due to poor handling from shipping and delivery. Must return to store.
