The item arrived completely damaged — the glass lid was shattered, the handles were bent, and the gold coating was scratched in multiple places.
Trying to coordinate a return through Walmart.com was an absolute nightmare. The third‑party seller only responded after 3 weeks, and Walmart reps just repeated scripted responses with no real help. I was given multiple “guaranteed” refund promises during each of my roughly 20 calls over the month it took to finally resolve this.
Horrible product, horrible third‑party seller, and horrible Walmart customer service. Absolutely not worth the frustration or wasted time.
