I'll bought it for my grandchildren.And the versatility of the different types of chalk and the magnetic board worked out great for all types of activity.
I love that its a magnetic chalkboard. I also like the rustic white trim of the frame. The size is perfect for a floor stand I have to display the board.
Perfect size for my grandson, Christmas present, love the frame, exactly as it looked online. Know he's going to get lots of use with it

I bought this because I needed a chalkboard, so the fact it is nice is the most important thing. However, the "extras" that came with it were ridiculously low quality. For some reason, they included dry erase markers, which of course are useless for a chalkboard. It would have made much more sense to include a few pieces of chalk if they were going to provide extras. It also came with some cheap magnets that I have no use for. So if you need a decent chalkboard, go for it, but don't get excited about the extras they include.
Somewhat difficult to hang, but works great for displaying my magnets I've collected from traveling.
Good price, wish it didn't say what it was on the shipping box, almost spoiled a gift.
This is a sturdy, nice-looking Magnet Board - the "distressed paint" look is attractive to look at. One big drawback is that unlike what is stated in the description, there is ZERO "pre-installed hardware" for mounting - you are only given a tiny package with small brackets and teeny-tiny screws that you have to measure and drive into the hard wood all on your own. The wood is dense and it is NOT simple to get the tiny screws started. If you are handy and have extra tools it might not be extremely hard; if you are not handy, you may find it difficult. I have NEVER bought something like this that had absolutely no holes or hardware pre-installed to simplify hanging it up. This should have been done at the factory. For that reason I would not buy this model again.
Has a dent in the frame and the white is flaking off onto the chalkboard.
