I loved this product until my router was updated to the latest new security. They refuse to update their firmware to keep up to date with new technology and did not care.Be weary if you have a router that recently updated in March 2022. ( I have over 20 devices that connect over wifi and this is the only device that does NOT connect.

I bought three of these and am so disappointed. In their infinite wisdom and wish to control how I use my hardware, they now force you to use their MyQ app and have disabled access through Alexa or Home Assistant. I would NEVER have purchased these if I had known this in advance - there are to many options out their that are just as functional but with such access. I hate being forced into a proprietary "echo system". Hate it. If it matters to you, keep shoping.

This is the first and last chamberlain product I will ever be purchasing. I have approximately 30 smart devices in my home and this garage door opener was the most illogical complicated setup I have seen of any of them. This is the second time I have had to contact customer support for the product not working properly in less than 24 hours of owning the product. And now to hear that chamberlain won't even pay a professional for the replacement of the logic board that they believe to be the issue is beyond my understanding. They are sending me the board, which is on backorder, but I must replace myself. I have had to warranty a few items before and have never had a company expect me to repair their non functioning products.
