I purchased several bras from all the major athletic brands and returned all of them, disappointed. I found Champion Motion Control and I am so glad! I bought two and am considering buying more because they’re so great! Molded cups, prevents the uniboob, and is adjustable. Very supportive!
Provides excellent motion control. One of very few sports bras which still comes in real bra sizes, not just XS through XL. But I'd prefer a bra without closure in the back--I just pull it over, closed, anyway--and without the padding which makes it hotter and means it takes up more room in drawers, laundry and suitcases.
This bra works for running! As a relatively large-breasted woman, I need something to minimize the bounce. When I was undergoing breast cancer treatments and had a sore breast from the biopsy and two lumpectomies, this bra helped hold the breast still enough that I was able to exercise with minimal pain -- not running, but fast walking. Now that I'm over that, I'm running a lot and this is the near-perfect bra. My only issue with this product is that it does not open up fully in the back, making putting it on a bit of a challenge -- it really has to be done by stepping into it and sliding it up the body. But that's a minor issue compared to how well it works to minimize bounce. Finally, a bra that works! Please never discontinue it!
This bra does exactly what is described; it holds firm! Also, all the reviews about how difficult it is to put-on, are true. It is a challenge, but it's necessary in order to keep everything secure. Lastly, this isn't a bra for sitting around. That wide band will dig into you if you're not standing up.
I've always worn an underwire bra — even had Champion sports bras in the past. I was hoping this was my new favorite, but I couldn't take it off! Needed my husband to help. Quality seemed great, but these over the head bras don't work for me.
I ordered a size 40 C but you sent me a size 38B. This will not work and I will be returning it to a Walmart store. I ordered a size 40 C but you sent me a size 38B. This will not work and I will be returning it to a Walmart store.I also thought it was a different style
This bra may work for women who have smaller breasts. I am a large breasted (36DD) person and this bra needs to be put on over one's head with only a smaller clasp in the back under the back support. I returned both bras since putting one on was painful and taking it off was also not good.
Bring back style#6209! I have at least three bras in the old 6209 style & they were really comfortable- soft fabric, underwire was supportive & didn't poke thru (had them for at least 6-8 years now). Also they were easy to put on. This style is EXTREMELY difficult/annoying to put on! Either make it like a traditional bra closure or just get rid of the clasp in back. Also, had a hard time getting it over my head, even with straps let all the way out. Why was style #6209 discontinued, when it obviously worked for many of us who liked its support & comfort?! Will definitely be returning this one & not sure now if I will be buying any more Champion bras in the future. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!
Having the bra sewn in a loop and having hooks & eyes really doesn't make sense. It fits once you pull over your head, but is really difficult to put on over the head. I also find the padded cups too stiff. I'm going to keep, but am not happy with it.
First and foremost - it was a pullover bra. This is an impossible design for a pullover. Then - there was a notice that said bras could not be returned because it is a personal item. SO! If you spend all this money - and you can't even pull it on - you are big time out of luck I had no choice but to throw it away. No refund or exchange options.... this was a very expensive lesson learned. I will never buy another Champion product.
