I like the ball very much. It needs to be inflated. The pump was included but not the pin that Is inserted into the ball. I had an extra pin and used that to inflate the ball.

I love the product even more, so my dog will love the product. I had one issue and that was with a phone conversation that I had with one of your employees who was supposed to cancel one up my orders, but somehow managed to put both of them through but either which way my dog will be pleased to have a back up

Great size. Kids love it, but it keeps deflating!

I had high hopes for this ball. Sadly it didn't make it through one game on indoor soccer field before getting a hole and deflating.
