We got these joggers in a small, and they turned out great. My brother's measurements are 15, 32-34, and the fit works really well for him. At first, they look like they might be snug, but once on, they don't actually feel tight at all. The fabric has just enough give to stay comfortable, while still keeping a clean, fitted look.
