Have used this product ever since it was put on the market. Then the company decided it was to remove from the public. I even called and complained about the removal. Then I had to find another product. There were no other products that would work. Then the company finally wised up and started producing again. So I will be a loyal customer. Lately I've had a couple of tubes that didn't extract like they were suppose to. The companies Quality Dept. is slipping!

Love these.
This is the best chapstick I have ever had. It does give moisture to my lips.... and my lips will get dry fast, especially when they get ready to pill for a new layer of skin as the seasons change. The first stick has an 8hr moisture and the ones I just bought have 24hr moisture.

I am writing about the delivery of the order not about any of the products. I was very disappointed in the delivery when I first placed it. First the delivery was delayed. Then two weeks went by and nothing was done. Finally, I got a worker named Mohammed on the phone and he solved the problem. He cancelled the old order and ordered again. This time the order was delivered. I don't know what happened to the first order. Mohammed never told me even if he knew. I have ordered things from Walmart in the past and I had no problem. Walmart knows where to deliver my orders. I was very disappointed. I will send my husband to the store from now on. Walmart has not solved the delivery probem. No more online for me.

Waste of money
My lips were so dry, after a dental surgery, that my lips were cracking. I put this stuff on for three days in a row and had no improvement. I decided to take a shower and apply, like usual. I was all healed after the lotion dried. This stuff is crap.
