I really love Chapter One Omega 3 Gummies! They were recommended by my kids' primary care provider, which is nice because there are so many products sold online that are poor quality, and like that I can trust that this is a quality product. My kids love them because they don't have that fishy taste that you get with lots of other omega 3 supplements.

I refused to take any more omega capsules with the awful aftertaste and ordered these gummies, life changing! taste is so good, more easy to take, these are actually a treat to my daily supplements.

These are great for kids that may have focus issues. Because they are in gummy form it is easier to get them to take. They dont mind the taste. The improvement will be gradual, so make sure you try them for a couple weeks.

I had high hopes for these gummies. Unfortunately they were inedible. They tasted like rancid fish and I had to spit them out. They weren't expired, but I think they were rancid.
