Arrived quicker than first stated. Putting together was easy. Will cook in this smoker once I can seasoned. Well constructed. Easy to understand instructions.. comes with a one year warranty.
Smokes great I just have to get the hang of it with the temperature gauge gets within the smoke range then I start putting the racks and meat on for a long smoke but after a few hours wrap in foil to keep post and continue cooking
The price was right! Build quality exceeded my expectations. Being my first smoker, I will need a couple more times to get the hang of temp control down pat. Any issues have been operator error. Looking forward to my next smoke out.
Great size for my needs and compact enough to store when not in use Assembly was a cake walk it was just missing a washer which I have plenty to replace.
Really great smoker for the price , used twice already and satisfate about the result
Love it! Food came out fabulous. Held temperature the way we wanted. Great little smoker!
I love it! I grill every day almost.. So far I have smoked a turkey and a ham. I have to get used to how it cooks because it is so much better than my old smoker.
The 16 inch bullet smoker has changed my life! Before having this item smoking meats seemed like an insurmountable challenge. It turns out succulent briskets that i feed to my majority Mormon neighborhood at our weekly cookouts! It makes it easy to feed all of our many children!!!
I have used it twice since I got it. The first time was salmon and a week later I did a beef brisket. The salmon takes less heat and time, while the brisket takes more heat and longer time. More experience will help me get it right. Both turned out fine. The char-broil is just the right size for the two of us and cleaning it afterwards was not that big a chore.
Smoker is well built, easy to use, have had fantastic results. Only complaints I have are that the temperature gauge is often wrong. Luckily for me I purchased a multi thermometer so I use one probe on the grill to give me the temperature of the smoker. The other is just the size. Rack of ribs barely fit. Brisket, unless you cut the flat away from the point, it won't fit.
