Char-Broil Performance 4-Burner Liquid Propane, Cart-Style Outdoor Gas Grill- Black

We purchased this grill for the simplistic, yet modern look at a reasonable price. The grill arrived in a timely manner with no missing parts. Husband said the grill was fairly easy to assemble. Used it for the first time and the grill fired up right away. The temperature of the grill was consistent and had even heat throughout. Our food cooked evenly and we had plenty of space for a variety of food. The side burner is a nice bonus.. Great grill at a great price!

This is a nice grill. It took some time to assemble, and even though the instructions contain ONLY pictures, they were fairly easy to follow. It fired right up after assembly and has worked perfectly the 2 times I've used it. I grilled a couple of New York strips last night and OH MAN, MMM MMM MMM!! I'm very pleased.

It wasn't easy to put together because you have to get the first two pieces placed and then they have to be positioned exactly right to be able to proceed. Once that is accomplished everything runs smoothly. We fed 8 adults and 2 children on our first bar-be-cue and it was excellent. Just the right size and the chicken, sausage and ribs were excellent.

I think my only complaint is the top interior rack. In my old grill it went up and down with the lid which, I believe, is how it should be. Theoretically, it should move out of the way when the lid is open. Because this rack is stationary, it makes it difficult to use the entire back portion of the bottom rack, which is on the primary cooking area. Attempting to place food in that area you have to be careful because it's easy to nick your hand on the upper rack, burning your hand. I did that on my first use, and then I removed that top rack so I had full use of the entire grill surface. Thankfully that rack removes very easily. The side burner is nice and works great. The wheels are a big plus, but moving the grill around was a little awkward because it doesn't feel as sturdy as my last grill. My last grill was a very solid grill, this is quite lightweight for my liking. I feel like this will not last quite as long. Another bonus is, I was able to remove the cooking portion of my old grill and place it inside this grill, making it perfect to lay ceramic charcoal bricks or lava rocks over the heating element, making it a true Char-broil grill, and this is what I was looking for in a grill. When I cook on a grill I do not want to cook over a flame that doesn't sizzle and have that backyard barbecue smell, I want it to taste and smell like I'm cooking on charcoal, and I accomplished that 100%. The next time I buy a grill, I am definitely going to buy it pre-built. I don't think I was cut out for building grills, it was a pain in the neck. I plan on using it a whole lot this summer, if I find any more flaws I will definitely add to my review, just like if I find any more that I love about it, I will also add to my review.

Fairly easy to assemble. Lots of pictures. Pay careful attention to them. Overall not heavy and easy to move. I like the way the gas tank hangs on the side Makes changing easier. One flaw is the burner construction. It seems that there is a tube running down the front of the grill. It feeds the other burners. Problem is you will get a flame flare up. So you have to push whatever you are grilling towards the back. Otherwise, it will cook too fast on one edge.

Kevin came over yesterday from Angie company that I paid to have my grill assembled. The problem that I noticed while he was almost finished with assembly is that, the large black metal piece with decal of a flame he put in the back of the grill not on the front? I asked him when I need to clean the grease pan I would have to remove small grease pan first from the front, then remove the larger grease pan? My last grill you can remove from the back of the grill not the front? From the Walmart picture shows the black metal panel should be in the front of the grill? Please let me know what I need to do to Fix my grill. Can someone from Angie send someone to fix without additional cost? Please let me know. Thank you

Box was delivered dented and missing several parts. I guess I should have checked before I started to assemble. Missing braces for sides to secure burner and opposite shelf. Missing brace bottom middle. Missing top rack for cooking food. Missing brackets for drip pan. Must have been a return.

I'm hoping the manufacturer will contact me after this review and send a new elctric starter. ours has broken after only 6 weeks of having the grill and using only a few times. would otherwise rate it 4 to 5 stars, but until this is resolved i have to give it 2

Assembly was difficult. Parts were not numbered or identified and the instruction book was for an older grill. Grill did not work after putting togeher. It did not come as promised, was a day late. Still waiting on customer service to pick up and replace the defective one.

Igniter Button quit after one use. We've replaced the battery, dis-assembled and re-assembled the igniter button, but it just won't work. We have to use a lighter to ignite the grill every time - which adds an element of danger that we prefer not to have. We do not recommend this product.
