So far, so good. have to manually control the temp, but better than auger getting stuck from a pellet.

It is a Christmas present for my husband. He has not used it yet. I have purchased other Chargrill products and loved them.

I brought this for my husband because he never covers our grill and I was sick of having to replace the grill grates because they have rusted. So this review will be from a wife's point of view…. Girl, buy this for your crazy husbands and save yourself time from scrubbing rust, because you know he's not gonna do it, he's gonna ask you. It's rained 4 times in the last 2 weeks (including last night, I attached a picture)and the grates are not rusted or wet. That's 4 times I didn't have to scrub those stupid grill grates! Money well spent if you ask me! So to sum it all up… buy it. Thanks!

It was delivered in a timely manner and the fit is perfect. The only reason i gave it 4s is because noone is perfect.

The grill cover was as expected, although the material did not seem as substantial as the one it was replacing.

I ordered a cover for my new smoker and received a package rather quickly which turned out to be a rotisserie. It was supposed to be sent to someone in Ohio. Service agent said well, looks like it's your lucky day. Keep it and we'll send out the cover right away.

This grill cover is great because it fits my grill perfectly. A nice "sleeve" goes over the chimney. My only criticisms -- and these are not major in any way -- are that (1) even when using the velcro straps, the bottom of the cover billows in the wind near the ground, and (2) the cover is not reinforced where it lays over the main grill handle. I am certain that will be the first place the cover tears. Overall, though, a good buy.

Cover fits great only issue is its water resistant NOT waterproof which means with rainy days there was water inside our new grill. I don't recall reading about that nor have ever experienced a grill cover allowing water inside. Other than that just received cover and will see how it holds up.

The shaft is too short only 9" when it's 13.5" tall on the box picture because I measure mine. The center body is 41 inches, smoke box is 18.5 inches %26 the handle is 6.5 inches long which make this cover need to be 76". I bought my Professional Char-Griller a few years back with a cover. In the same type of box but this is not the correct size. I am returning it for a refund.
