Very Nice Grill
So far, so good. have to manually control the temp, but better than auger getting stuck from a pellet.

Have bought this product again and again
My Char-Griller Smokin Champ is outside in Central Florida year round. I grill and smoke everything all year long have been for years. My covers last about 2 years each, been through I don't how many. That's really good considering how really bad the weather here is now.

Proved itself
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife bought this cover 7 years ago with the smokers and it's stood up over 7 brutal summers, a couple of hurricanes and tropical storms. I'm finally going to have to replace it as the seems are finally splitting

Char-Broil made due with customer service
I ordered a cover for my new smoker and received a package rather quickly which turned out to be a rotisserie. It was supposed to be sent to someone in Ohio. Service agent said well, looks like it's your lucky day. Keep it and we'll send out the cover right away.

Good product besides it's not waterproof
Cover fits great only issue is its water resistant NOT waterproof which means with rainy days there was water inside our new grill. I don't recall reading about that nor have ever experienced a grill cover allowing water inside. Other than that just received cover and will see how it holds up.

Pictured Item Not In Box
The shaft is too short only 9" when it's 13.5" tall on the box picture because I measure mine. The center body is 41 inches, smoke box is 18.5 inches %26 the handle is 6.5 inches long which make this cover need to be 76". I bought my Professional Char-Griller a few years back with a cover. In the same type of box but this is not the correct size. I am returning it for a refund.
