This kit had everything I needed to do a high quality install of my new faucet. It had the wrench for getting things loose under the counter and it had the supplies like plumbers' putty and tape so I didn't have any runs to the store. Best of all, this kit included a private QR code link to Character Tool Company's online help videos and an option to chat with their pro installers. I asked the pro how to disconnect my old faucet's sprayer connection because I couldn't figure it out.

My partner took over the task, and he said he generally had everything he needed to complete the job. The tools it came with turned out to be handy and they're in his tool kit now. Happy I bought this kit, it came with all the tools and misc items I needed. At the very least it saved me a few trips to Home Depot. It also came with a helpline that I could text my questions to which made me a lot more comfortable replacing my faucet knowing that I had help if I couldn't get it done myself.

This kit is really cool. I have never replaced a faucet myself before but after watching the how-to videos included in this kit I realized it's a totally doable project. I love how it has everything I need to actually do the project and also that if I ran into any snags I could text an expert. Very glad I saved the $$ on a pro here. My new faucet looks super cute!

This is just what I needed to take on a faucet replacement on my own. Easy to understand videos, all the supplies I needed in the box to avoid multiple trips to the store and virtual support when I couldn't quite figure out how to get the connection loose. If you are on the fence just go for it. The price is right and with this kit I was able to replace the faucet easily, in one sitting (as opposed to my usual multiple trips to the store and even then not always done in a day!) and I really appreciated the virtual support when / if I had a question.
