The hat could be better quality. The dress is also kind of long.

I'll preface with this: I should have tried the costume on when it came in rather than waiting until the date of the party—-The costume itself is a good design, especially the puffed shoulders and the cape. Good length. However, It does not fit according to the size listed on the package/advertisement. I ordered a small (I wear about 6)in which the package says fits size 5-7. Should have ordered a medium. The back would not zip closed or even come close. I ended up improvising with a black undershirt and some safety pins. The hat brim was curved perfectly but—the hat band was sewn in the middle of the hat rather than at the base as it should be. (See picture) I had to cut it off and just roll with it. It looked like it was made on a Friday at five.

The material is to thin, can see through it and the size is off. I purchased the large, I should have gotten the XL, iam 5 feet 3 in. And weight 145 pounds, it is too tight at the upper arm area and at the waist. Also the corset fits like a medium size. I was able to take it apart and added more material.

I had to return witch costume it was so paper thin and it was so cheaply made and the seams were coming undone.

Do NOT buy this costume!!! It came package in a damaged plastic cover. The plastic packaging looked as If it had been run over by a car in the mud. So NO, I wouldnt even try that on period! Sent back immediately. Thanks Walmart for poor quality control. Ill stick to Party City for costumes.
