I find it to be well-built, in fact better then my previous Blackstone grill!

I'm a bit new to using a griddle, but I was able to season this one just fine, using the same process I season my cast iron skillet. I used grapeseed oil. I tried my hand at smash burgers and the griddle did well with getting the crust on the patties. I also fried eggs to go on the burgers and it was nice to be able to do both. Overall, it was easy to assemble with just a screwdriver. Took me about about 2 hours by myself. For me, the smaller griddle size works well since I am keeping it in my garage. I do recommend getting a cover for it as it does not have one built in.

The Charbroil® 28" Performance Series™ Propane Gas Griddle with Cart 2 Burner Flat Top Grill is top of the line. It's hands-down my favorite griddle and Charbroil really went above and beyond with this product. The high powered O-burners eliminate cold spots, not to mention the wind-blocking design is incredible and really helps hone in on fuel efficiency. The anti-warping surface can handle frozen foods right out of the freezer and onto the griddle without worry of uneven cooking temperatures. Overall this is the best griddle I've utilized and is easy as ever to cook whatever you're craving for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. MUST HAVE!

Very nice packaging and super easy to assemble. We cooked twice this week even in a very windy day, it was perfectly cooked without any issue. We cooked chicken, burger and veggies , everything turned out absolutely delicious. Meat was very juicy and tender . Cleaning was pretty easy . The product is very well designed to make it perfectly user friendly. It looks good and very well built . It has a wheel , easy to move around. We are going to use it everyday basis . I am giving this product is 5 out of 5 .

Great little griddle. We call ours the whackstone. It's definitely the obvious choice between the two, but has one small flaw, the burners are slightly underpowered, you need to give it extra time to warm up if you want that hot hot sizzle. One of the best things is that is SIPS propane. Our stove went out and my wife cooked daily on it and we started with a 1/2 can of propane. Literally have had for a couple months and just replaced that. You can also get an adapter to attach the mini can't to it. She burns em up quick but for a camping excursion without the hassle of a tiny table top griddle, this fit the bill.

I was surprised how even the heat distribution was on this top, got a nice even season on the first try. The top is a bit bowed which causes oil and eggs to run away. But satisfied with the purchase and price. Delivery was odd it came in a huge truck 🚚

Pleased but you need to heat it up properly to have even temperature.
