[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The instructions for putting the griddle together was difficult to follow. We put it together backwards at first. But the struggle was so worth it in the end. The griddle is perfect. Because of the surface it's easy to clean without worrying about damaging it. Very durable and sturdy and easy to move. You can cook breakfast lunch and dinner. And because of the 4 different burners you're able to cook different things at the same time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were so excited to get to try out this griddle. I have used a blackstone before and I think this one performs just as well. Easy to use and great for cooking breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely awesome! Even heat throughout. Super fast cook time. I seasoned it well so no sticking. Super easy to clean and definitely a great grill by a great brand!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This grill is AMAZING!!!!! The value of this is definitely worth it. I had never worked with gas before but it was very easy to use and my food came out so good!
Received my new griddle in a nicely packaged box. Assembly was straightforward with clear instructions, but did take about two hours. I took my time to ensure I didn't miss anything, which I have found is very important with any grill assembly. Two assembly notes: 1) the placement of the griddle assembly on the stand legitimately requires 2 people as in the instructions and 2) the number of screws is exactly correct (no extras included), so do not drop any along the way (almost learned this the hard way). Also, once assembled, be sure to season the griddle top. I knew this from prior experience but it was not clearly stipulated in the instructions. This griddle is super sturdy and exceptionally well engineered. All parts fit perfectly, which is not typically the case for other grill manufacturers in my experience. Once seasoned, I put the griddle to work. It heats up very well and mostly even, with a bit less heat distributed to the edges, which is to be expected and can actually be a quite useful cooking tool. So far I have griddle eggs with hash browns and bacon, pork chops, and ribeyes. All worked great and I especially like the highly innovative sear zone which is super helpful for grilling meats! It's a super cool feature. However, my favorite so far is chicken fajitas. The griddle is perfect for grilling chopped veggies and interacting with the grilled meat to create a great blend of natural flavors. Be sure to add sugary sauces a bit later in the process than usual to avoid a sticky, but still manageable, mess. The fajitas are so good I now cannot wait to try out cheesesteaks. I am super excited for summer! Overall, this is an excellent flattop with heavy duty construction, well-thought features, and tons of useful storage for commonly used grilling items. It does take a bit of cleaning maintenance and is best kept if a brief cleaning cycle is completed after each use. However, with some simple maintenance I expect this griddle to be used heavily for many years. I cannot wait to figure out new dishes to prepare on it. Bring on the outdoors!
Got my griddle a few weeks ago and put off assembly thinking it would take a huge chuck of time I don't have. Girl was I wrong! All I needed was a flathead screwdriver and some patience. Assembly took about 2 hrs and would've been less had I not been interrupted. The metal components are thick gauge and the engineering is smart. I made only one minor mistake in the beginning not being able to figure out how to connect the legs. But this was easily rectified because they were literally the first step in the assembly process. Connected the has tank the next day and within minutes my griddle was ready. I primed the cooktop first with a bit of peanut oil and threw on a dozen burgers at once. It was so nice to be able to char them a bit without dealing with a grill fire! Our smashed patties turned out totally professional looking and the kids had dinner served within minutes. I am doing Polish sausage and grilled onions/cabbage tonight and am relieved to not have to clean up my kitchen stove top! Nice job CB! This griddle is both affordable and a real game changer in my dinner lineup!!!
Sure hope this is better than the unusable 4 burner Char-Broil 36-in griddle I bought last year. Some spots on the griddle won't get hot enough to season. Guess I got the non-performance series.
With every control set at the lowest setting, the sear zone is 505F and the other 3 (directly over the burner tubes) is 495F. Using infrared thermometer. Can't find a fix anywhere.
Just purchased had to assemble and 5 hours later still not together.
