Charbroil® Bistro Pro™ Electric Grill + Charcoal Mode

The Bistro Pro is a great grill for a small patio or yard. The electric heating elements heat up quickly and cooks evenly. Using wood chips or grill seasoning helps add back and flavor that's missing from gas flames or charcoal... but for added flavor, this grill can also burns charcoal! We haven't used charcoal in it yet, but we look forward to trying it and for the added convenience of having the electric burner auto-light the charcoal.

Love this grill! We had our other bistro for years, but recently upgraded after a patio redo. This grill is the perfect size for my space. The grill cooks great and is big enough for all the meats and veggies you want.

Perfect size - electric controls make it so easy to grill, griddle, and cook anything. I bought a cast iron smoker box and have been slow smoking all kinds of food, too - including a large turkey (practicing for Thanksgiving!)

I bought this grill today and put it together. It was a little difficult to follow the diagrams (no written instructions) and we also had problems with the 4 screws to attach the side tables. They were too big and had to find smaller ones from our own stock. Grilled pork chops and they were delicious. Looking forward to experimenting all summer with this new grill!

This CB grill fits nicely on our small apartment balcony. Use of 20 amp is great. No special wiring. Nice design. Easy assembly. Just make the letters bigger on the installation graphics. Hard to read for 77 year old. First steak off the grill was great.

I just used the Charbroil Bistro Pro Electric/Charcoal grill, grilling steak and chicken. Worked great. Looking forward to trying the charcoal feature. I am in a condo and it is perfect for my location.

This is the best. No more gas canister trade in for me. A couple bricketts ,plug in and enjoy ! I love this grill

We used it once and works. The last similar model we bought lasted 1.5 yrs and the burner quit working and Char broil not longer makes that replacement part - simply terrible. I am hoping this one last much longer. If not, I'll have to go back to gas.

Haven't used it yet. Had some trouble with 4 screws that I believe need to be drilled in. You should correct that one thing. Pulling the side handles need a better connection.

I only used it once since I bought it. I think there could have been more instructions on operations. It not sear the meat but I'm going to chalk it up to user error. I came back to website to buy the griddle since my model didn't come with one and it's no longer available. I'm hoping that I can use a cast iron grill on it.
