Charbroil Bistro Proâ„¢ Electric Grill & Griddle + Charcoal Mode, Red

I am very happy with our new grill! When the condo association out lawed our gas grill because of the flames, I was very sad because we used it almost daily in the summertime. Although this grill has the capability of using charcoal, we just use the electric heat. It still works very well and we are enjoying it very much! We are still getting used to the way that it heats up, since it is different than propane, but I am still able to cook outside on our deck!

Easy to assemble and fun to use. Love the griddle option too. Just be sure to get the cover. Heats up quickly and cools down quickly too so that clean up of grill can be done without waiting until the next day

so easy, just plug it in, wait a few minutes and its ready, you can even use charcoal without fooling with lighter fluid

I love the griddle addition and the nice shelf that it can be stored on when not in use. Digital temp control that is nice!! This is a beautiful grill comparable to the egg ones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The temperature control is very useful when cooking from the grill to the skillet. Very sturdy and lightweight. Cleaning can be a bit tedious but all grills are. Only thing I wish were made differently is that the legs were removable/foldable so you could break it down to take it tailgating/camping. Make it more compact so it wouldn't take up so much room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took a few hours to assemble the electric grill but it was all worth it. The size of the entire grill was way out of what I was expecting since I assumed it'd be small, but it's okay. There's enough space on the sides to put plates and bowls for either raw or cooked food. The grilling part is also big which lets me cook as much food as I want in high heat without having to worry about over cooking them. The griddle mode is also pretty helpful in heating up eggs and toasting the sandwiches a little bit, it's an interesting perspective, but probably best to just use the grill mode for better tastes for other food instead of the griddle mode. There's wheels which makes it easier to move around the house outside whenever we need to use the grill. Honestly has a lot of storage spots on the bottom side too.

I love that this grill offers both charcoal and electric settings, giving me more versatility. The aesthetic is also very cute, and the retro design is definitely a plus! It's surprisingly compact but still provides plenty of grilling space. The setup was a breeze; it took me under an hour to assemble. I recently grilled chicken, and it turned out delicious! I just need to use it a few more times to get the hang of controlling the temperature.

Red paint was peeling off when I unboxed to assemble.
