Great product, took about an hour to build. User manual was pretty bland on descriptions but overall I'm happy with the grill.

Pretty easy to build, good price. Dissappointed the fire box had damage. But overally please with the grill.

The grill itself is sufficient for what I need. But the directions could use some work. It was very difficult for one person to put together as there's no stability in the first couple of pages of directions for the grill.

well packaged, but had no instructions included. was very difficult assembling off of phone images. hope using it is easier.

Very cheap looking for a good name

Good for an inexpensive grrill

I had to hire someone to assemble this grill, and it took over two hours. I ended up paying more for the assembly than for the grill itself, so the “low price” is honestly a scam. The product looks weak, cheaply made, and nowhere near the quality you expect from a 20,000 BTU grill. This Charbroil 2‑Burner model is not worth buying. The construction feels flimsy, the value isn't there, and the misleading price ends up costing you much more in the end. Save your money and avoid the frustration.

The assembly instructions were horrible and whoever wrote them needs to be fired. You can't assemble something by pictures only you need some verbiage to explain the details.
