Charbroil® Deluxe Portable Gas Grill

Over many years we have purchased this same grill multiple times. This time we chose to get the one with the igniter. They have apparently made a few improvements since our last one. This one had new style handles and it came with a small sleeve that goes over the entrance of the burner tube, this seems to really help with it staying lit in the wind. We use this grill when we go camping. Very happy with it.

I basically buy one of these every three to four years . Keep in mind i keep it outside uncovered on my covered porch. I especially like the ignition to light the grill. It has never failed me. I live in PA and use it year round. Granted more so during the summer than the winter. I think the grill would last longer but the heating element shield falls apart from rusting. Never looked into replacement because im sure it would cost as much as the grill to replace. With that said i would recommend this grill.

Pretty easy to assemble great way to have grilled food without the bulk of a regular barbecue wonderful to not heat up the inside of the house during the summer

Made cooking a couple of hamburgs or a chicken breast for a disabled lady possible for her to do. I hooked it all up by myself and was able to fix it outside without needing a large amount of space.

It was super easy to build. Just leave the nuts/bolts/etc in the packaging UNTIL NEEDED. It seems sturdy and the metal is stronger than my previous tabletop grill.

This grill is convenient, compact and portable. It will last for a season. Priced under $40.00. Yes, overall, I like this small propane grill. I do recommend it for a quick grilled meal.

Assembly is not thoroughly explained in the manual. The ground wire for the ignition switch doesn't reach the ground location, I had to forgo ignition for manual lightning. I'm going to reassemble to see why there leftovers parts and brackets not being shown in the manual. Inventoried, but not instructed. there is no adjustable vent.

There are some things I like about this grill...compact size mostly. I don't like the way the lid closes as it is very hard to line up with the bottom. I also feel that all the inside parts are very thin and burn out fast. You will be lucky to get one season out of it. That said I now have several left over parts of several years of these grills that I can mix and match. I continue my love/hate relationship with these grills.

The barbecue arrived damage due to insufficient packing protection. Keeping it anyways, even though the lid has dents in it. Used it on a camping trip recently and it worked fine.

not a fan. didn't realize the lid didn't have hinges on the lid. not easy cooking while holding a lid.
