Charbroil® Performance Series™ 6-Burner Gas Grill & Griddle

We needed to replace our 26 year old stainless steel Holland grill even though there was nothing wrong with it and it still worked fine. We just wanted something a little newer and after doing considerable research, we decided on the Cruise grill. Best gas grill we have ever owned! We did have a little problem with the display and getting the auto clean function to work properly. Contacted Char-broil and their customer service was excellent, shipping us a new display unit within 3-4 days. We love the functionality of the grill and being able to set a constant temperature and know that it will maintain that temperature throughout the grill. And it is so easy to use. Plus, it actually cleans itself very easily. We would definitely recommend purchasing this grill to anyone.

Way different from the last Char-Broil grill, but in a good way. No more guessing about what the temperature is when I'm grilling, easy start, love the self-cleaning feature, and see-through window. Though there does appear to be a hot spot I've noticed when I'm grilling. Doesn't appear to be a problem.

I have not had any issues at all in my first month. I even cooked a frozen pizza and it came out great. It does have 1 obvious hot spot, but I just don't cook there.

This is one amazing grill! Easy to control and maintain the exact temperature. Perfect results every time! And the self cleaning mode is a big plus. Would highly recommend this grill.

I bought this grill and as soon as I set it up, the screen was popped out. It won't be long and the screen will be coming completely off. The power button doesn't work at all. It just powers on when I plug it in. Not sure if I'd even be able to use it with batteries. Not very happy with it.

I have returned this grill and waiting for my refund. This was not the grill I ordered. I started to keep it anyway but you have to plug it to electricity! Beside that no hardware was in the box no screws, no nuts it was missing grates. Terrible experience. Sent it back by UPS just waiting for my refund.

I bought the 435S several weeks ago. The online ordering experience was excellent and delivery was fast. Instructions were clear, assembly was straightforward and completed in less than 3 hours. The grill ignited immediately and performed as expected during about an hour's testing. A few days later, on the next attempt, the grill no longer worked despite a full propane tank and no other use or changes. I worked through troubleshooting for the E01 error code and to this point have been unable to restore the grill to use. I plan to contact customer service when I have time to work again on repairs during CharBroil's business hours (I work full time), and will update my review after that.

Bought this grill, assembled it (long process). First time we tried using it, the power would not come on. They are supposed to be sending me a new electronic module to replace. Will also have to assemble that.
