Charbroil® Performance Series™ 6-Burner Gas Grill & Griddle

I recently purchased the Cruise 435S Gas Grill, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the sleek design to the powerful grilling capabilities, this grill has exceeded my expectations in every way. The assembly was straightforward, and it didn't take long to get it up and running. Once I fired it up, I was immediately impressed by how evenly it heated across the grill surface. The 435 square inches of grilling space is perfect for cooking for a crowd, and the stainless steel burners provide precise temperature control. Whether I'm grilling steaks, burgers, or veggies, everything cooks perfectly! What really sets this grill apart is its Cruise Control Technology. It maintains consistent heat throughout the cooking process, making it easy to get restaurant-quality results every time. I no longer have to worry about hot spots or fluctuating temperatures. Cleanup is a breeze too, thanks to the easy-to-remove grease tray and the porcelain-coated cast iron grates, which are both durable and simple to maintain. This is one amazing grill! Easy to control and maintain the exact temperature. Perfect results every time! And the self cleaning mode is a big plus. Would highly recommend this grill.

The grill was fairly easy to assemble, and all the parts fit very well. My only suggeston is to have an assistant when installing the fire box to the base cabinet, it's alkward and fairly heavy. this is my 3rd Char-Broil Infared grill and my 2nd Big Easy, all have been the easiest best cooking grills you can buy. My only concern is the electronics.If that part holds up this thing will be fantastic! Don't forget you need to plug this one into 110v for it to work, so have an outlet close enough to plug it in. Starting the grill and using the temp control is so easy that it kind of weird to use at first. But it is amazing how it turns burners on and off to maintain temperature. The self cleaning feature looks interesting, but I haven't used it yet. It would be nice if the engineers would have included a receptacle on the side for the extension cord connection. And maybe include an outlet for lights or some other accessories, like a place to plug in the rotisserie (if you have one). They could ditch the bottle opener and include some Gear Trax tool hooks too.

We needed to replace our 26 year old stainless steel Holland grill even though there was nothing wrong with it and it still worked fine. We just wanted something a little newer and after doing considerable research, we decided on the Cruise grill. Best gas grill we have ever owned! We did have a little problem with the display and getting the auto clean function to work properly. Contacted Char-broil and their customer service was excellent, shipping us a new display unit within 3-4 days. We love the functionality of the grill and being able to set a constant temperature and know that it will maintain that temperature throughout the grill. And it is so easy to use. Plus, it actually cleans itself very easily. We would definitely recommend purchasing this grill to anyone.

had about 2 months love it the only thing i notice that when the propane tank gets about half the grill keeps shutting off with the error code

Overall, I am happy with the performance of the grill, it's nice to be able to dial in the temperature you want without turning burners off and on. I like the smaller profile, and I like the self-cleaning feature although I struggle with it trying to turn it on and setting the temperature. I have seen in videos the letters CLN on the screen when in that mode, but my grill does not do that. Could just be a newer or older model.

I bought this grill and as soon as I set it up, the screen was popped out. It won't be long and the screen will be coming completely off. The power button doesn't work at all. It just powers on when I plug it in. Not sure if I'd even be able to use it with batteries. Not very happy with it.

Have not been able to use because I do not have the grill grates

Bought this grill, assembled it (long process). First time we tried using it, the power would not come on. They are supposed to be sending me a new electronic module to replace. Will also have to assemble that.

I bought the 435S several weeks ago. The online ordering experience was excellent and delivery was fast. Instructions were clear, assembly was straightforward and completed in less than 3 hours. The grill ignited immediately and performed as expected during about an hour's testing. A few days later, on the next attempt, the grill no longer worked despite a full propane tank and no other use or changes. I worked through troubleshooting for the E01 error code and to this point have been unable to restore the grill to use. I plan to contact customer service when I have time to work again on repairs during CharBroil's business hours (I work full time), and will update my review after that.
