Charbroil® Performance Series™ Amplifire™ 2-Burner Gas Grill, Stainless

Bought this grill as a replacement for pretty much the exact one I've had for over 10 years of use the new grill has a lot of new technology the amplifier has taken a while to get used to but after some use I really like it it does help the flame ups and heats quickly and evenly , cleaning the grate is taking a bit to get used to my tip is to wait until it cools down and it seems to be easier to remove the cooked on food my only issue with to cooking grate is after removing and cleaning it there's no where for the cooked on food to fall down into the bottom of grill it just builds up and falls on the floor and makes a mess but all and all I really like the way the food taste from it. If it last as long as my old one it will be a great grill, PS if parts were still available for my old one I would still be using it Charbroil builds a great quality grill.

I have owned this type of grill for as long as I can remember the last one lasted 4 years it had rusted out under the burners so I did not trust it anymore so I bought the pro series built let the rest not flame ups really great grilled of meat, burgers and dogs. Corn and squash grills great too! Low maintenance because I keep on the deck and covered. Steaks grill super moist as long as you don't cook to long and chop grilled or BBQ.

James, the assembler, did a great job in putting together the grill and answered my questions. The grill has worked well and we are very pleased with its performance.

We were looking for a stainless steel two burner gas grill. This one is perfect. Although it does require assembly, the directions are well written and illustrated and all parts clearly marked including every little screw. Works great. Looking forward to our grilling summer.

It's my second, and I decided to go with the smaller version this time- that 1st one is a pro version and I find this one to be light in its material use. Beside that its the quality I expect from your company - and the food prepared on it was excellent.

Product does what it claims. Flareup is minimal. The grill cooks very hot and fast. You have to turn it way down for most everything. Grill grate is somewhat difficult to clean. I have not found a brush yet that really works well. The cheesy little one they sent with it is in the garbage already. Previous model was better but this one works fine.

Heats up fast and hot, perfect in that aspect. The problem I have is the ceramic coating on the grates didn't last two months. I used the warranty, they sent 1/2 of the grate and the packaging was soo poor the grate was bent and the coating had popped off.

I purchased this charbroil for my nephew in April to replace his much older charbroil. His old charbroil did not quit working, however, until yesterday. When he opened the box for his new one, and was doing the assembly, he discovered that there were many dents and scratches on the new one. I am very disappointed in this product, especially since I was giving it as a gift to my nephew. I have used charbroil many years for myself and have never encountered anything like this before. I'm not sure if I will ever recommend this product again.

Don't buy these marked down Char Broil grills from Wholesale Connection, there's a reason why these $400 grills are $100 less than anyone else. I received an undamaged box with a heavily damaged grill inside and this 3rd party seller set conditions making return by me impossible. btw I'm a disabled senior citizen and they were informed of that too and they were still uncooperative. I think they knew the unit was damaged and was probably re-boxed. Since I couldn't return it, I contacted Char Broil, they did a video call and then sent me a new base for the grill. But when I unpacked the rest of the parts from their bags and styrofoam I found several damaged parts and even after 3 disassemblies/reassembly the lid was off over 2 inches on the left side un-usable, the door was crooked and hard to open because of bent frame, both of the special coated infrared stainless steel "Emitter Grates" were damaged, the fire box was slightly bent both inside and at the corner braces. I didn't see any of that sooner as everything had been placed in a shed, still in their factory protections, like the bags that covered the emitter grates. When I called Char Broil again they looked at the damages, took a few screenshots and told me to return it to Walmart. Wholesale Connections said it couldn't be returned so Walmart provided a pickup at my house but we're still waiting almost a month later for my refund. Did I mention I'm a disabled senior citizen. I bought another Char Broil elsewhere and didn't have any problems with it. Read the company's reviews it's Wholesale Connection's SOP to send discounted large damaged items in undamaged boxes and then make it very hard or impossible to return. The return label was supposed to go to Electronics Express in Nashville TN, it looks they market their damaged merchandise on Walmart.com as a 3rd party seller called Wholesale Connection.

You literally have to assemble every single screw. And mine had parts missing, I called the company and they put an order in for the parts but that was 6 weeks ago. I called again and they said they are on back order. I might be able to use my grill this winter.
