Great value for money. This is a good quality grill. It's easy to assemble although you need someone to help a little. Love the veggie tray that is included. It heats well and is easy to maintain. Grease tray makes for a mess free grill. Love this grill!

I recieved this grill as a Christmas gift and have not yet taken it out of the box, if it is anything like my last 4 Charbroil grills it will be great, the grill it is replacing was 9 years old and if the bottom of the grill did not get a rust whole we would still be using it. Can not wait for spring to start using the new grill.

this is a nice little grill, quite adequate for our needs. This is the second one we purchased from Walmart--the other one lasted about 5 years. We do occasionally grill-out even in the winter, although it is in the spring, summer %26 fall that this grill shines!

You can't beat this barbecue for the price. Infrared heating makes it so easy, with no flame flareup.

Excellent value for the money. Arrived promptly and well packaged. Took about an hour to put together. Works as expected.

The assembly instructions were lacking and major components were not clearly labeled. finished product works great.

The grates are absolutely horrible. Bad design. Very difficult to clean and the heat on low burns just about everything.

Ordering process went fine, product arrived on time and undamaged. Assembly was not to difficult but took a little over an hour. Went to test the grill the first time e and the igniter did not work. Called Charbroil and th part was on back order for 1 month. I was given two choices, return the entire grill to Walmart for a new one to assemble or wait for the part. Decided to wait for the part, finally received a replacement igniter under warranty and it was defective. Had to order off Amazon to get a part that worked. Sub par service support.

Product arrived with damaged parts although it is cosmetic it still looks bad Walmart should refund some money but I was not able to reach anyone to help without returning it and I don't have the ability right now It was different than I expected Directions for assembly were not as clear as they should have been Someone with no experience putting a grill together would be lost

I was sent an older grill manufactured in 2021 with the tru inrared burner instead of the better, hotter burning amplifire. Walmart.com is doing a bait and switch . Now I have to waste my time returning it. Don't buy this.
