Charbroil® Performance Series™ Amplifire™ 4-Burner Gas Grill

This is the best propane gas grill I have owned and I have bought dozens over the years. I love the no flare up grill plates which is one reason I ordered this unit. Works perfectly.

We have had several charbroil infrared grills over the years, the cooking level is uniform, it is easy to maintain and overall not expensive. We won't go back to any other grill.

Was a birthday gift for my husband he loves the design and grates says it does not flame up he can actually walk away 4 a min and food is fine no babysitting constantly

The grill is what we were expecting as far as the cooking aspect. We were a bit disappointed when we tried to use it and the ignitor would not work. After talking with support we are getting a new ignitor. Hopefully it works.

Got this on sale a while back and have loved it ever since. Cooks food great and never had a flare up.

I had a 2 burner tru-infrared that lasted 10 years.we bought this one in May of 2021, and immediately upon arrival, had to order a replacement pot rack for the side burner. I've also had to order a new ignition model. Now, 3 years later, the emitter and grate combinations have rusted through despite care and cleaning. Replacement grates are out of stock on this website and replacement emitters aren't listed. Browsing other replacement emitter/grate combinations in the parts listings here reveals bad grates are a know CB issue now….

Got this for a gift, in Mar 22, and the electronic ignition module? has already given up. I haven't used it THAT much. So, it is under warranty, but it is out of stock...so I hope to get a warranty replacement prior to it running out of warranty.

I bought this 10 months ago. Didnt build it until late March and began grilling immediately. 5 months and approximately 30-35 grills worth of use. Maybe 5-10 grills in, my main burner when turned all the way down to low would look as if its on high. Roughly 3 more grills later all burners are doing it and when all the way down the temp would be 500 degrees. I made it work but 20 meals later now my regulator valve is shot and just continues to leak and unable to use. Disappointed because i upgraded from a previous charbroil grill after 10 years having same grill. Dont think ill ever biy another charbroil grill after this

Just got the product and there are already scratch marks and paint chips on the grill The lid also does not close correctly with dents in it.

I have had this nightmare of a barbecue for over a year now and it is a big fat NO. First, had to have panel replaced as it kept shutting off. Software apparently .... It cooks beautifully, if you want all four burners at full for everything. No choosing one burner or two. And now... Ignighter issues. Did the troubleshooting. Changed batteries...moved the wires as suggested on the igniter itself. Nothing, nada, zip. My last barbecue last me over 20 years. And only switched for this, but was actually able to hand the other one down to a son-in-law. This one just misses and it is likely the software/hardware issues.
