We went to build the grill today, since it rained yesterday, the last piece to take out of the box is the actual main part of the grill…There is a giant dent on the front control panel, making it difficult to the close the hood. It was extremely inconvenient to return this item since the box fell apart! We ended up having to find a big box to put all the parts in and then just carry the main unit. It's heavy, was hard to fit in our car, and waiting in line at customer service seemed to take forever!!! Not exactly what most want to be doing after a long day at work, or on their day off…and all days before Memorial Day weekend to top it all off!!

I bought this grill for my husband as I had been looking for the perfect grill. This one had the flat top and charcoal inserts included, and grill cover (yes, even listed in the parts for the product assembly book). All 3 of those items were not in the package. When I reached out to Walmart they said that those items cannot be replaced or refunded. I am disappointed.

I bought this grill because it looked nice. It’s made out of very thin sheet metal even the hood. The first time I used it where the handle bolts through it bent and when I bent it back the paint chipped off all around handle bolting holes. Spend the money and buy a Weber

Honestly I did not expect this from Charbroil as being so highly renouned for the quality. I received the item today Charbroil performance 4burner with side burner through wallmart and while putting it together Found many areas of smacked side panels of cabinet and then saw that the exterior is all scraped on the edge making it look so cheap , need a replacement for parts those damaged parts to make it right.

Do not buy this grill. It has two major design flaws. First, the baffles that protect the burners are situated about one inch below the grill grates and they don't allow grease to readily pass through during grilling. This causes the grease to accumulate on the baffles and ignite, causing a dangerous grease fire, even when the burners are set to low. The second flaw is that bottom of the grill enclosure cannot be removed for cleaning. To clean the grill enclosure, you have to remove the grates and baffles and guide your cleaning tool in between the burners as best you can. Lousy design.
