Charbroil Pro Series™ 3-Burner Gas Grill and Griddle

Nice grill but it does smoke more than my previous grill. I think this is because the flame shields trap and burn any grease or marinade that falls from the meat. The grill did cook evenly but it was hard to control the heat. I think the more I use the grill the better I will ge able to regulate the heat.

My last grill was a Charbroil with the infrared cooking design and I wanted the same again. I like the infrared system because it eliminates flare ups, even with chicken. The infrared cooking system on my new Pro Series 3-burner grill is new and improved. Additionally, the grill is also a griddle and has the option of using charcoal as a fuel if one desires that traditional flavor. The all black design is also an attractive plus. So far I am loving my new grill/griddle combo and would recommend it to others.

After receiving my grill in perfect condition I assembled it without any difficulty, put a new tank on and fire it up to season The Griddle and Grill plates. After the seasoning process letting it cool down and cleaning it off I threw two steaks on the grill and it cooked them perfectly! So glad I bought this Grill !!!

I have not as yet had an opportunity to use the griddle BUT the grill is fantastic!!! Easy to use, temperature control exact. I looked at a lot of grills ans the fact that this grill also had a griddle that sold me.

i love the idea that you can use the griddle, propane or charcoal features, whichever youre in the mood to use .

Using for only a month and the griddle warps when it heats up.

Overall a good product. Figured for the price it would've been a bit more sturdy than the basic models at hardware stores. Sadly mistaken! Will get the job done and if you want a better than average griddle and grill combo, this is for you.

I like the size and convivence of this propane gas grill. I gave it three stars however due to the grates burner covers/shields. The clean-up is atrocious.

Good flexibility in how I want to cook - grill or flattop. But flattop drain hole needs to be more over drain pan. I envision a very messy clean up when necessary!!

Haven't bought yet, question, what size are the grills? I'm looking for replacements 17.5" x about 25" wide for an older Charbroil charcoal grill, having devil of a time finding.
