Charbroil Pro Series™ 4-Burner Gas Grill and Griddle

This grill is exactly what I needed. I had a 5 burner for years but had to downsize due to a move. I also had to get rid of my 36” Blackstone griddle. This grill is the best of both worlds. I research options for a long time and always ended up back at this one. Thank you for making my life better.

The grill is just as described. Sturdy, great design and functional. Replaced and older. We soon and am not disappointed at all. My only frustration was the delivery company. They showed up 2 hours after the end of the 4 hour delivery window that had to have someone there to accept and sign. Took me to call them to get delivery details after them being persistent to get it scheduled. They then send 1 guy to try and lift the 150 lb grill up the entry stairs. He ended up having to roll the box up the stairs with my help. These same folks were late delivering something to my office on a separate order.

Love it! Been quite some time since I've owned a new grill. The versatility is what drew me to it and I am thoroughly enjoying learning how to maximize it's cooking capabilities.

This grill is fantastic! I love all the grill space with a 4 burner! Having plenty of storage and table space is a huge plus! This grill is extremely easy to start. I was able to assemble this grill without any trouble.

Used griddle one time and it warped. Then the grease fell down onto the grates / storage area and propane area. Was offered a griddle as this apparently is a manufacturing issue w this grill and could not be replaced.

Where do I start... I gave it 10 months before writing this review hoping it was a learning curve and something I would get used to. The design is absolutely terrible. Either 1. the designers don't cook on grills. or 2. this was a summer intern project gone wrong. If you don't clean this grill after every cook, and I am talking back to out of box clean. It will smoke you out of the neighborhood. It cooks so uneven no matter how often you turn the meat. The lowest burner settings still put the grill over 500 degrees in seconds where you have to constantly open the lid before you end up with coals. Last but not least, the awesome drop in griddle everyone is excited about will drip grease all over because it perfectly aligns with the vent holes of your grease trap. The entire propane compartment is your grease trap. I had to custom fabricate a cover to redirect the grease to the actual trap. This entire grill was a mistake and is absolutely wild to me that it hit the market.
