Charcoal Daily Face Scrubs - Summit Rain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bad Ace Charcoal daily face scrub is great. Love the smell. This scrub is not harsh or abrasive. Leaves skin feeling soft and smooth. Easy to rinse off and doesn't leave the residue behind. I would for sure recommend this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bad Ace for Men Daily Face Scrub I must say is not too bad. There was no burning while allowing to scrub to sit on my face. There was no burning while rinsing. It did not lather as I expected but it did leave my face oil free. The scrub has “grit” and is not a smooth lotion. A little bit, maybe a marble-sized dab” was enough to cover my entire face and down the front of my neck. I found the best way to apply the scrub is “lather” in the hands first then apply to face and neck. If applied to face first it really does not lather as great. I have been using an anti-bacterial soap to clean my face and the difference between is noticeable. The soap strips too much oil from my face and leaves me much to dry. I usually put on a light coating of aftershave even if I did not shave. I hate having to buy another product for hygiene but I am impressed with the bad ace face scrub. It seems to suit my skin just fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's always nice to see certain products made for men that you normally wouldn't assume be made for us. This one in particular is a face wash. I have used name brand face washes but mostly Walmart's brand of face wash. I have oily skin and even at my age I do get acne occasionally. I need a proper face wash to keep a balance of oils and dryness on my face. This product isn't too bad. The box claims it is free from harmful chemicals. That is always a good thing. There are a tiny bit of exfoliants such as walnut shells to help scrub away dead skin. Charcoal is one of the main ingredients but truthfully I can never tell if it makes a difference (in any charcoal product). This face wash does a good job of lathering up with a small amount out of the tube. It's not too sudsy but it does go a long way. It does not dry out my skin and does a good job of cleansing my oily epidermis. The scent on this one is called Summit Rain. I can barely smell any type of fragrance to be truthful. It's only after you lather the product in your hands and get a close whiff that you can smell a very light pleasant scent. For those who aren't too fond of strong scents then this product may be for you. Overall, it does its job well in comparison to the other face washes that I use. Lastly, I like the fact it is made in South Korea. You really don't see a lot of Korean made products being sold on shelves in the USA.
