A Terrific Convenience
You will want to have this installed by a professional electrician, but when you do, what a money saver and a convenience! Works flawlessly with the ChargePoint app. I recommend getting a lockbox to surround this - apparently theft of copper cables is a thing.

Easy to install
Super easy to install once an electrician has installed the 240 volt receptacle. Instructions were quite clear making it easy to install. The ChargePoint is supported by our local county's (Clark County, WA) $500 rebate program so most of the cost was covered by them!

Buy the Right One
Being a new EV owner, I didn't realize the product's description Tesla "compatible" meant Tesla only. After some back-and-forth with Walmart's sub-entity Spreetail, I was not able to return/exchange just the NACS cable and had to fork over another $200 for a new J1772 cable that works with our car and have our electrician come again to install it. Not a great experience.

You get charged but but your auto doesn't!
Walmart's shipment of the ChargePoint Flex EV charger arrived quickly and the charger quickly failed. The technical support crew at ChargePoint initially seemed helpful trouble shooting the device over the phone. When their help accomplished nothing, to initiate a replacement, they then asked for photos of the electric panel, the unit installed, the unit opened up exposing its wiring, and the sales receipt with a delivery address. They also asked me to verify my car would charge with a different charger. I sent all this to them and never heard another word from them. I called and they said my email was not currently accessible but they would address it when they could. I have not heard from them. A very sleazy operation. Further research indicates this is the norm for this company.

Avoid, get something else
Complete failure, unable to connect to phone or wifi upon installation. Had to get a replacement from chargepoint, and the replacement failed witin 2 months of usage. Same issue, unable to connect to phone or wifi. A very slow process to get another replacement under warrenty. It is making us miss the reimbursement window from the state and power company.

Worst Seller - shipped a used wrong charger
Don't buy from this seller. They list the product as new, but sell a used open box. I ordered a Nema 14-50 connector charger, they shipped hardwired connector. Such a waste of time.

They sent, or I ordered the won with the wrong plug. Just got down to Florida where I had it installed.
