ChargePoint has the most chargers available for those who drive electric vehicles. Another positive feature is that the chargers lock to the vehicle preventing vandals from disconnecting before the charge has completed. We will be traveling out of state in the near future and have been compiling a list of available chargers stations along the routes so we know where they are located and for us, this negates any anxiety related to getting stranded on our trip, all from the comfort of home

After plugging it in, the vehicle started to charge immediately, and I could see the stats on the ChargePoint app, my Tesla app, and the car's display. I definitely recommend this to anyone. It replaced the mobile charger I was using, and now I can put it back in my car where it belongs.

Installation was super easy as per our electrician who installed it and instructions that come with the box are very easy to understand. Pros: Easy to install and use. The app is one of the most beneficial parts of the experience. Our utility company shares the high rate and low-rate times and we have programmed the car to charge in the low-rate time, adding to the benefit of switching from gas to electric. Cons: It needs the new 240-volt outlet on a dedicated 50A circuit installed with a 50-amp GFCI circuit breaker. This caused confusion and additional costs in the installation.

The charger is not working, the maximum charging current I could set it to is 16A and it is not allowing me to edit the charging current. Takes average of 18 hours to charge to just 80%, this is not a fast level 2 charger I wanted. Need a replacement and return and refund

I would leave 2.5 stars if I could. 2.5 stars Product looks fine, but package was clearly opened. Seller offered refund or exchange but given we needed the product to use immediately that was not an option for us. Product did work but proceed with caution as it seems they may be selling refurbished items as new.

Electrician installed this and it didn't work. It was defective. We waited over an hour for technical support who told him to 'flip the breaker' lol. There should be a professional installer hotline but there is not. They said they'd escalate the case. After 6 hours trying to get a call back from their 'level 2' support team, we were told that response would take at least 2 or 3 days. Brand new product out of the box, professionally installed and they can't immediately authorize replacement. Customer support is amateur hour and not a serious effort.
