The charge cord is wonderful, but the plug in does NOT work. I had to use an old plug in that I luckily still had in order to use the charger cord that I got from you. It must be defective.
These iPad cords only worked for about 2 weeks and then my iPads stopped charging. I changed the adapter and the outlet to no avail. Wasted money. Perhaps the vendor needs to be re-evaluated too.
Not working after one week. I you ask for return/refund and they replied my messages with delay to pass the return deadline. Now they are not refunding.
These cords look good but are weak. The first one tore/frayed right away at junction where plug goes into device, exposing all wires. The second lasted three weeks before it kinked at same area, even being careful to hold wire straight when holding device.
