This product was very good , quality was very good and The battery is very long too, and I like the system.

when you go into the one click translate app. you would see free basic services and you would have to pay value - added services! blue tooth most phones that are new you would have to download it! I'm confused free basic services you would have to pay 1 year $23.99 but for 2 years $37.99?! and where are we going with value - added services for call package 60 minutes $8.99 also offline package 1 year $6.99/2 years $8.99 I'm just trying to make since of it all! wireless earphone works fine

at first this item worked great even if it felt a little awkward on my ears. but one day when I was trying to use it it wouldn't translate and said my item was unauthorized. when I tried to scan the activation code again all it kept on saying was that it was internal. there is no way to contact the original makers of it and I've tried everything! definitely planning on returning this item if possible

Doesn't always translate correctly. often have to replay to hear everything because it tends to cut off the first word.
