I was suffering from plantar fasciitis and Achilles heel tendinitis in the same foot. I truly do enjoy having a topical cream with gel that has CBD in it because I truly think that it helps with pain and inflammation. I have an injury of my right hand from a car accident and sometimes the pain flares up. This really helps with that. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because I have tried other brands of CBD creams that are stronger and more long lasting than this one, but this one is really great.

Icy hot reminds me of toothpaste.. but this formula is a little thinner than hand lotion and glides easy on the skin. At first it feels cool at the first application but gradually gets warmer.. it feels pleasant on the skin, no irritations or unpleasant feelings. I put it on my back where I had soreness and it definitely has given the area relief. The minty smell is refreshing and soothing and the overall relief is nice. Only giving it fore stars because the packaging felt a little cheap. The cap was a tad wobbly and felt like it was going to snap off..
