I've used your TP products in the past but steered clear from them as I found it super soft but ineffective for the most important part of the job. My husband picked this up and boy we're both really impressed. We both noticed that it's soft yet works, thicker and we need less and who ever invented the new tear design is brilliant!

Always always my favorite and go to toilet paper. Great price for all that you get. The size of the rolls are great for storage. Very soft on your behind and get the job clean with nothing left behind. Easy roll is very light weight. I usually get the blue or red labels. Love both!!

Let's face it, we all cringe when we go to grab a few sheets of toilet paper at a public event or even a friends house only to be disappointed they don't appreciate simple comfort in life. I have been using Charmin for years. The soft texture along with durable performance makes Charmin the king of clean! Buying Charmin in bulk helps reduce the cost adding to the obvious choice. And last butt not least, the fancy scalloped perforated sheets are adorable.

We use Ultra Soft despite the fact that "Mega" rolls do not fit in our toilet paper holders. We have to take the roll out of the holder for the first few weeks until the roll fits. Can you please offer consumers the option of a non-Mega Ultra-Soft roll? We are on the fence whether to switch to a brand that still offers smaller rolls.

Since the great covid toilet paper shortage the quality of ultra soft has gone down. I don't know how you are still allowed to label it as soft. There is nothing soft about it. As a long time Charmin user I am seriously planning on trying other brands.

Últimamente tengo problemas con el Mega Roll 6=72, he mirado q no está marcado para cortarse con facilidad e incluso hay asta 2 o asta 3 cuadros juntos; Deberían revisar la máquina que hace las marcaciones . Es el segundo paquete que sale defectuoso. Personas de mantenimiento y calidad observen.Espero que esto no siga ocurriendo..

The paper no longer dissolves but floats on top of the water in the bowl. There has been a number of times that this has clogged up the trap during a flush. We've switched brands because of fear of clogging the drain. Why is it doing this? Was it sitting on the shelf too long?

I've been buying this for a very long time and found it amazing. Often just needing a few sheets to get the job done. However, since it was changed to the wavy tear, i find it keeps separating therefore needing more sheets if I don't want my fingers getting brown. I just wish it wouldn't seperate so easily. Like it used to be.
