Charmin Ultra Soft Toilet Paper, 18 Mega Rolls

The product and delivery were excellent. I am very unhappy, however, that I cannot get delivery on Equate Tylenol and Nose Drops. If I am ordering for delivery, I don't want to have to drive to the store for certain items. I don't get why you do that.

There was going to be a delay in delivery but it was only one day for one item. Liked that the large item came in a carton that protected it well and everything was done as requested.

Um… it's toilet paper… it works. No glass shards or splinters ever. That's a good thing, right? Seriously, though, it stays intact and doesn't break up into little shreds like cheap toilet paper does. I especially hate when, during oral, you encounter little moist toilet paper shards, don't you? I hate it when it leaves trash in the alley!

This is the ONLY tissue that I could use when I was suffering with problem hemorrhoids! I stay with it now because it can also double as facial tissue for removing makeup. It is even soft enough to keep runny noses from getting painful from frequent wipes.

There are many things I do not buy the popular brands, but toilet tissue is not an item for which I will settle, nor will my family. Charmin is the best for tender rushes and the mega rolls are genius! If you break down the cost compared to cheap toilet tissue you are not saving by choosing single ply or loosely rolled. If stranded on a deserted island the one item I have always said I would choose to have is Charmin! Helpful hint: if you have kids, squeeze the roll before putting it on the roller because it tends to cut down over use.

Used this product for years. I almost only gave a 3 because it does not seem to be as soft as it was prior to the pandemic. I have extremely sensitive skin and sometimes use it to wipe my face or nose. It is rougher now and irritates my skin so I can no longer use it to wipe my nose. However, it is great for its "intended" purpose.

I simply hate the shell game they play, with 18=72 and all their other crap trying to convince you less is actually more, and what's with the wavy edge serrations? For half a century the sheet serrations were straight across and now they try to make it elegant with these wavy serrations? Please. And the sheet sizes are different from what I usually buy. It's very easy to buy the wrong paper with all the games they play with toilet paper. Grow up Charmin. These aren't "mega rolls" they are smaller than other Charmin packaging.

I ordered 2 packages of the 18 rolls of Charmin. When they were delivered they were not in a box or a bag. They just slapped a label on the Charmin packages %26 shipped it like that!!! The packages were filthy %26 ripped open %26 some of the rolls even had black dirt on them!!!! This is totally unacceptable!!! Charmin is a good product. The lack of packaging is the issue!!!

Product is GREAT if I would've gotten it. Walmarts "3rd party" sells are TERRIBLE!! I ordered $500. worth of items on september 30 had to get a refund on some items already, and still WAITING on other items. I'm very disappointed with walmarts selection of "3rd party" people

The product was defective. The tissues fell apart when wiping. Had to use twice as much. Never had this problem with Charmin purchased at Costco.
