Charmin Ultra Soft Toilet Paper, 18 Mega Rolls

The product and delivery were excellent. I am very unhappy, however, that I cannot get delivery on Equate Tylenol and Nose Drops. If I am ordering for delivery, I don't want to have to drive to the store for certain items. I don't get why you do that.

Doesn't fall apart when used

There was going to be a delay in delivery but it was only one day for one item. Liked that the large item came in a carton that protected it well and everything was done as requested.

I love this toilet paper! I do not love that the package is shipped in original packaging and not a box. Came home to this big package of toilet paper at my front door for all to see! I don't know about you, but it was embarrassing to me! Note to self-go to store to buy instead!

Used this product for years. I almost only gave a 3 because it does not seem to be as soft as it was prior to the pandemic. I have extremely sensitive skin and sometimes use it to wipe my face or nose. It is rougher now and irritates my skin so I can no longer use it to wipe my nose. However, it is great for its "intended" purpose.

Product is GREAT if I would've gotten it. Walmarts "3rd party" sells are TERRIBLE!! I ordered $500. worth of items on september 30 had to get a refund on some items already, and still WAITING on other items. I'm very disappointed with walmarts selection of "3rd party" people

I simply hate the shell game they play, with 18=72 and all their other crap trying to convince you less is actually more, and what's with the wavy edge serrations? For half a century the sheet serrations were straight across and now they try to make it elegant with these wavy serrations? Please. And the sheet sizes are different from what I usually buy. It's very easy to buy the wrong paper with all the games they play with toilet paper. Grow up Charmin. These aren't "mega rolls" they are smaller than other Charmin packaging.

The product was defective. The tissues fell apart when wiping. Had to use twice as much. Never had this problem with Charmin purchased at Costco.

I have noticed a big BIG change in the toilet paper. Seems that something changed in creating the rolls, as when I wipe with 2 sections of the toilet paper, the paper is not properly wiping, at times my finger pierces the 2 sections of the paper. When I start a new roll, i.e. starting the paper to be used, often 2 layers are not what happens, I pull more paper of the roll and find 2 layers, then use that. It still doesn't wipe properly, sometimes my finger will completely pass thru, NOT too COOL So I decided to write you about my experience. I pray this may correct the problem I have been getting. I have used Charmin Ultra Soft for a long time. I bought 2 mega rolls this last time. It is definitely not soft. I do not know if it is the manufacture's fault or Walmart?? Very disappointed as these are big sized and I purchased 2. I do not dare to buy Charmin Ultra Soft from Walmart anymore.
