Charmin Ultra Strong Toilet Paper, 12 Mega Rolls

Shipped so fast, I couldn't believe it! And in the middle of a pandemic too, wow. Before Charmin Strong, I was a Members Mark fan until I could no longer find it at Sam's Club as of two months ago. I am so glad to have found a good pack of quality tissue at such a strange time. ☺️

I'll never understand why toilet paper was the thing everyone decided to hoard, but whatever. I had enough on hand before everyone lost their minds for a family of 7 to get through the first 3 weeks of Covid-19 craziness, then I had to start scavenging. The night I got this, two other packages of tp sold out before I could check out. Third time's the charm, I guess. Reliable Charmin, what can I say. In 43 years, it's never let me down.

I love the product, and I'm happy I can get my preferred. Since Covid and hoarding of TP, I haven't been able to have it delivered. One complaint is I ordered with shipping preferred as I'm in a nursing facility. But, it was delivered after office hours which made it near impossible for me to get via Doordash. It's a hassle to get my products when delivered after hours and it seems my chat with customer service fell on deaf ears. Also, online items say ship but on check out changes to in store pick up.

These are the narrow rolls that look funny on the toilet paper holder cuz they're too narrow, but ya take what you can get these days. (How much money is Charmin saving by trimming a 1/4 inch off the end of each roll!?) I ordered this in March and it took until the end of April to arrive!

Product was fine. Ordered for a business that closes at 5pm. Ordered on the 10th and everything said it would arrive on the 13th. I expected the item to ship USPS or UPS (or something along those lines). Receive a voice mail in our emergency service box from DoorDash around 6:20 PM - thought it was a wrong number as DoorDash delivers food. Next thing - I get a text with a picture of my items sitting outside the gate at work. I live 30 minutes away. I had to find someone closer to go get it before someone walked away with free toilet paper. I did not request same day delivery - nor did WalMart say they were doing same day delivery. They need to provide a more accurate description of how they are planning to "ship" orders and when they are expected to arrive.

It's impossible for me to rate a product that I hadn't received. It's too bad though because the week prior I had ordered Charmin Essentials. That t.p. was THE WORST I've ever ordered. Just because it says “Charmin” doesn't guarantee you high quality

This is NOT the extra strong toilet paper it once was. The paper is much thinner than it used to be and when it gets wet it disintegrates in your hand. Rolls have been getting progressively narrower in recent years while prices have risen. Not a good buy at all I am definitely changing brands.

This is not the same Charmin we have been using for years. The rolls are a half-inch narrower than the usual size and have lightly embossed stripes, which I've never seen on Charmin before. The inner wrapping lacks all printing and color, with only a small gray Charmin logo on one end. I'm wondering if it is counterfeit. Nevertheless, it "works," so we'll keep it. Just a warning to others.

I received the product, the bottom of the box was wet, I opened the box and took the product out. Their was wet glue or something like glue on the bottom and 2 sides of the bathroom tissue. I had to tar the plastic from around it and empty it in the kitchen floor so i wouldn't get the mess all over everything. I looked inside the box it was shipped in and it was everywhere in the box. I had it all over me and my clothes the sink and soap and water wouldn't take it off I finally got it off with alcohol. I don't know if this was an accident or someones sick prank, or someone that is tired of their job, But i didn't think it was to funny

Strong and perfect toilet paper, but the red plastic was found teared up upon opening the delivered box but since it was during the Covid' store mayhem, I utilized what I could... WALMART, please understand that this is unacceptable for a product that touches one's private parts.
