Good thick gel pack
This gel pack has much more gel in it than a lot of the others. It's the same as they use at the physical therapist office. It's a nice size for laying on my knee, and stays cold.

Chattanooga Colpac
I recently had partial knee replacement surgery. The Physical Therapists use the Colpac at their facility and I just had to order one for myself. They are far more superior than your average ice pack, they conform to whatever body part you are trying to ice and the relief lasts up to an hour. My son has also used this after he pitches in his baseball games. It is pure heaven in a black urethane bag!

I'm very satisfied with this colpac. It stays cold and was just the right size to fit over my knee. I would purchase this item again.
