This is professional quality. I received one of these when going to physical therapy back in the late 1990's, and this one is exactly the same. It will NOT stiffen when left in the freezer, and holds the cold for the required length of time you need to ice an area, and is very moldable to various body parts . It has never split open in all these years, and I always keep it in my fridge freezer compartment, ready for use at any time. I relied on this old one (which has never worn out) 2 years ago when recuperating from right hip replacement surgery (anterior approach). Having my left hip replaced in 10 days, and wanted to have a 2nd one always available and cold to use. I highly recommend this cold pack. Nothing else is as good.
This is a very long lasting cold pack. I've used them in physical therapy and wanted some for home use. You will get great relief from this product. It does tend to "sweat" a bit so consider wrapping it in a thin towel or pillowcase.

These are really nice ice packs! I wrap them around my knee and it stays cold for quite a while.
It is large and therefor covers a larger area, it is flexible and heavy enough to penetrate
Perfect size
This ice pack is fantastic!! Very nice size provides good coverage for my shoulder. Use a pillow case as a cover for these. My physical therapists use this brand and introduced me. Very glad I bought them (2) for recovery from rotator cuff surgery. FYI -- I keep them on a sheet pan in rhe freezer so they stay flat.
I have purchased this brand over the years and never had any problems. This is the first time buying through Walmart and it arrived leaking and the fabric is the thinnest I have ever felt for this kind of cold therapy bag. It's very cheaply made and didn't even last in the mail. Very disappointed.
