Cheatwood's Pure Raw Honey 36 oz. Jar

Honey is sold by weight (as shown on the label), not volume for people who aren't familiar and comparing the size of the jar. I wish Walmart would package this for shipping a lot better, but I'm not reducing my rating for the actual product here. The Honey itself is great as far as my tongue can tell. Without lab testing or being there when they scrape the comb, there's no real way to check purity, but there are floral notes present and the distinct taste of honey.

I am so glad to find a company that uses glass jars and does not process the taste and sweetness out of the honey. I had a good cup of strawberry tea this morning. what a good feeling to start the day. I am not one of the people who buys anything in plastic jars if I can avoid it. I have always felt the plastic somehow changes the taste of everything in it.

I have always bought Cheatwood's because of the quality. But have recently questioned where this honey is produced. It says it is packaged in OK, but does not address where the honey is obtained.

lid was damaged and it was everywhere inside the box the box and other packaging was messed up like it had been dropped but instead it seem they put one that had damaged lid it was everywhere and lid will not close

I cannot give you a fair review because the package arrived damaged and the honey was all over filled with broken glass so that I was not a lee to taste it. I tried to reitere and it's no longer available. Perhaps you can modify your shipping methods to avoid so i my much loss.

It's pretty good honey, but they really need better quality control with their packing. I received the first shipment with some spilled out, but I kept it. But this time, the whole jar was empty because the lid was off! Honey filled the bottom of the box and all of the wrapping around it! Walmart was good though, they refunded me my money. I probably won't chance getting it again though.
