The directions are difficult to follow but I finally figured it out. This is a great sauna for the price and I'm very happy with it. I love that the remote control has a Velcro holder on the side. And the chair is small but not bad. All in all, I highly recommend.

Your own personal steam room
The product is really good looking. It is definitely a home spa. The heating system works just fine. It heats up the water and delivers it into the "room" as instructed. The lady of the house wanted it to clear her ears, nose, and throat. It works as detailed in the description.

this is so awesome. i got this for a Christmas present for husband. he found it, so i just gave it to him. he was very impressed and loves this. he now uses this everyday.

hot
instructions are bad, a few pieces have no where to fit, otherwise heats fast and hot, 20 minutes all i wanted, the chair is small,you may want a larger one.

I would recomend this.
works great. Heats up fadt and maintains heat. Its around 5Ft 10In tall, so most can stand inside. poorly writen instructions, but not hard to figure out. The chair holds an adult, however it is small and can become uncomfortable without padding.

The product I purchased is not a steam sauna. It is a sauna. The description says steam generator, steam sauna. But what arrives is the picture. No steam.
