This is a well-sewn, well-built cat bed. The fabric is extremely soft and perfect for cats cuddling inside. The metal is pretty heavy duty, so I would make sure your desk is actually strong enough to hold it and won't topple over to one side if a cat jumps up on it. The bed portion can also be used separately without the desk fitting, so it is versatile. My cat is 15 lbs and can fit in this comfortably, so I would say any cat up to that weight would have no trouble with laying on this. It could be used for a kitten, puppy, and other small animals you may want to keep near you if you work from home. The zipper to hold the bed on works well, and it looks like this will hold up for a long time with washing (on cold cycle). Overall it is a good quality product and worth it if you have an animal who always wants to be where you are (and might encourage your cat to not walk across the keyboard...but maybe that's asking for too much). This is a nice product for cats to use if you are going to use it as shown as advertised (extended from another surface like secured to a window for them to look out) but the backing is hard and I would not recommend it for an everyday bed because of that. Otherwise it's perfect for cats to sit in the window etc.

It's was so easy to put together, it only took me 15 minutes for assembly time. But I'm not good at these things, so most people could probably do it a lot quicker. The instructions are easy to read, first you build the frame, then you zip the cat bed onto the frame, then you are ready to mount to the desk. I love that the bedding is washable and when my cat isn't using it I can easily fold it in the down position. The up and down position is easy to adjust, it literally takes 2 seconds, no tools needed. It comes in 2 different colors and 2 different sizes, and the cushion is even reversible. It doesn't have to be used on a desk, it can be used anywhere there is enough ledge to screw the base onto, like a window seal , a cabinet, or even a ledge on a porch or deck. It can be used inside or outside and it's easy to switch to another spot, all you do is unscrew the base and move. You also don't have to worry about leaving screw or nail holes in your furniture because there's not any. There is No damage at all to your furniture or house while using this. I love how it's made, especially the edging on the bed. It's like little pillows all around to keep them from falling out. It could be used for cats or a small dog or puppy. I love everything about it and I highly recommend it. My cats love it too, they said they love laying on it!

I am impressed at the build quality and engineering Cheerpals put into this cat bed. When I first opened it, I was surprised at how many parts there were but the instructions were clear, and it was easy to assemble. Took me about 7-10 mins with installation. As soon as I installed it, my cat checked it out and is now sleeping on it. He says Meow meow 5 stars!

Cheerpals foldable desk pet bed - this item is awesome! very sturdy, assembly was mostly easy and included the tools needed. I had to fight a little bit with the bed part to get it zipped up on the frame. love that you can take the bed off to wash if needed and that the unit folds down when not in use! pictured is Tommy, 12 lbs

This is a very durable and heavy duty cat bed. The materials are well made and the clamps are heavy metal. I like the appearance of the item once assembled. It attaches easily to whatever area you put it. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 is that it is very difficult to assemble. The instructions are just pictures. The tools supplied do not work well so you will need your own phillips head screwdriver and small wrench. The frame is a very tight fit into the bed, but it took nearly 20 minutes for me to get it zipped close.

My kitty loves the sun coming in the front window but doesn't have much space, so I purchased this bed so she can stretch out and sunbathe. Assembly was challenging because the included instructions were just pictures with no text. I put it together as best I could but had two screws left over! I then found a scannable link in the instructions to a video of how to assemble each of their products and it helped greatly. The bedding part of the product is very well made and nicely seen, but zipping it on to the metal frame was challenging and took up a lot of time. The instructions suggested it was a one-person assembly in about 15 minutes. It took me 15 minutes just to zip on the bed to the frame! The frame seemed a little loose and shaky, but became sturdier once in place and tightened down. Since I chose to put it in the window, it was helpful that the bed can be put up and down for the curtain to pass over. Kitty hasn't ventured on to it yet, but has curiously investigated it. The bed has two sides, one padded and one made of net, to allow for ventilation or air movement in the summertime . The bed is encircled by little round pillows for kitty's comfort. Overall, somewhat challenging to put together, but comfy for kitty!

I really love this and so do my cats, but it took so long to get. If you don't mind waiting a week or 2 then it's worth getting. You can move it anywhere you have a tabletop to clamp it to. The instructions are pretty good, mostly pictures and the parts and materials are a good quality. I'm going to check out the rest of products and hope if I order that it won't so long next time.

Our cat likes his “cloud” I like that you can fold it down after the cat is done using it. Just make sure the width of the clamp size works for your desk - measure before buying.

This was junk. Very disappointing. It came with a fabric bed and all this stuff to assemble with it and a booklet about the company. There was supppsed to be a qr code for how to assemble it and the qr code didn't work so I googled the video which isn't a proper installation video at all. It's also missing pieces it says should be included to assemble it. A waste. I didn't know I'd have to do all this work to put it together. In that case, why don't I just make my own homemade cat desk bed? The white little bed part is nice looking and the cats seem to like that at least. It looked like it might've been cute had it been assembled or able to be assembled. Companies should stop selling things assuming everyone is experts at building and assembling things and just throwing parts together hoping they'll figure it out.
