these cheese slicers are good
The only thing I would change is , the wire slicer has areas on the back side that cheese gets stuck in. They should have used that little bit of extra material (metal) to make it solid. They both do the job.

Cheese slicer
There's a dial so you can adjust the width of slices but the screw dial doesn't stay and it slips back out so you can't get a thin slice or different thickness slices as advertised. Poorly made unfortunately, the other slicer is better but there's nothing to adjust.

Kinda cheap and janky, price was cheap though too, so you get what you pay for.

Yes it's cheap but the wire doesn't stay put even when you lock it. If you're trying to get a thin slice…good luck! The blade on the other is very dull and hard to use. I always feel like I have to press so hard I'm about the grate my fingers off!
