Chef Craft Select Nylon Sturdy Whisk, 10.5 inch, Gray

I don't like the wire whisks because they are too flimsy and usually come apart easily. The silicone covered ones usually have the silicone fall off. This one is great, it is stable enough to whisk even thick gravy. If I ever have to buy another, which would be because I lost it, this is the brand I works buy.

This whisk has to be one of the best I have used. I needed something that would not scratch my pans and not deform as the wire coated whisks do. (My children seem to adore reshaping them for some reason known only to them.) So I saw this one piece molded whisk and I knew that I had to try it. I love how it keeps shape and is very sturdy.

It's perfect. This whisk is sturdy and well made. It does the job without scratching my pans.

This is an okay buy overall. I am just concerned that it may not hold up over time. It is not the most comfortable whisk to use but it does get the job done. It does keep non-stick surfaces from being scratched which is why I purchased this whisk. I wanted it to make ermine frosting in my new Drew Barrymore saucepan.

Overall this has been a great whisk so far! I wanted something that would not scratch up my nonstick pan. I do wish it were a bit more flexible, but I understand that with the material it is made of that is not entirely possible. I was looking for something that would not break off into my food because that was an issue I had been having with various silicone coated whisks. I would recommend this for use in nonstick over silicone!

This whisk wasn't sturdy enough to whip even batter. It moves with the batter instead of breaking through it and whipping it. Stick to the metal whisks!
