I received this knife this afternoon an I cut up my romaine so easy nice an all . Love the knife

Good versatile knife
I purchased this to cut lettuce and it does a good job, but while I was in salad making mode, I discovered it would slice mini cucumbers, mushrooms and other soft fruits and veggies as well. It won't replace a regular chefs knife but it's a handy addition to my kitchen gadgets.

Like it a lot
It works great for lettuce and cabbage. I wouldn't use it for tomatoes but it works great for making salads.
